Option 1 - The Busy Body

Busy Body Program Features:

The busy body option is great for people who have changing schedules week to week. It allows you to schedule your session once your schedule has firmed up and we have options ranging from early morning sessions, to evening sessions.

We are partnered with a fantastic app that allows you to track your progress and see what workouts you have planned for the week.

You are able to track your progress, message your coach, and see what habits and goals your coach has entered in for you!

Using an online platform called Wave Invoicing, you’re able to pay for your sessions online through the tap of a button.

We accept all major credit cards as well as E-transfer and Cheques. You also have the option to add recurring payments (optional) so it’s the most efficient and stress free experience possible.

Option 2 - Transformation Pack

Transformation Program Features:

Knowing how much your invoice will be and when it will be due each month is something that allows you to plan for one of the greatest investments of your life, without stress.

Many people prefer the predictability and no hidden fees that come with our program so you only pay what you’ve agreed to. No cancellation fees, no hidden agenda – Just you and your new personal bests!

One of the best things about the transformation program is the higher levels of accountability that comes with it.

As we all know, life get’s in the way. You may have to cancel at some point, with the transformation pack we do our best to accomodate your schedule and instead of cancelling a session, we’ll do our best to reschedule for an alternate time (within reason).

When you sign up for the transformation program, you will select a set time and day each week that will be your time slot.

You can expect the same time and day each week and will have preferred time slot choice over the “Busy Body” package.

Simply put, all you have to do is show up in your athletic gear! We bring the trainer, the equipment, and everything else needed for the workout directly to you and then take you through a full 45-60 minute workout that is tailored to you and your goals!

Personal training is an industry in which anyone can take a weekend course and call themselves a personal trainer. All of our trainers have undergone a strict process which include a background or formal education in either a 2 or 4 year program. They know the human body inside and out and have studied everything there is to know about helping you reach your goals.

We believe that because of this reason, we should be compensating them fairly!

The short answer… absolutely. The thing is, many people require the accountability that comes with in home personal training. If you’re someone who simply needs the guidance and workout plan/nutrition help in order to reach your goal, then the online training may be the perfect fit for you!

It’s also quite a bit less expensive for those of you hoping to make it a bit more budget friendly!
