Option 1 - In Home Training

In Home Program Features:

This is for people who want the additional support and motivation to help you reach your goals. With a trainer coming to your house you have no excuse not to get that workout in!

We also provide all the equipment needed for that days workout so all you have to do is be ready to train!

We make the sessions both fun and effective to give you the best experience possible.

We are partnered with a fantastic app that allows you to track your progress and see what workouts you have planned for the week.

You are able to track your progress, message your coach, and see what habits and goals your coach has entered in for you!

Using an online platform called Wave Invoicing, you’re able to pay for your sessions online through the tap of a button.

We accept all major credit cards as well as E-transfer and Cheques. You also have the option to add recurring payments (optional) so it’s the most efficient and stress free experience possible.

One of the best things about online training is the freedom to do it on your schedule. With custom workouts made for you, you can schedule your workouts on your own time with no worry about cancelling.

Through the app, you’re able to message your trainer directly, ask for guidance, and get the support you need to achieve all your fitness goals.

The other great thing about online training is you’re still going to get the same workout program that you would have made for you with in home training.

This means you’ll have a trainer who assesses your progress and implements new training phases to help you continue to great the same great progress each month.

Simply put, all you have to do is show up in your athletic gear! We bring the trainer, the equipment, and everything else needed for the workout directly to you and then take you through a full 45-60 minute workout that is tailored to you and your goals!

Personal training is an industry in which anyone can take a weekend course and call themselves a personal trainer. All of our trainers have undergone a strict process which include a background or formal education in either a 2 or 4 year program. They know the human body inside and out and have studied everything there is to know about helping you reach your goals.

We believe that because of this reason, we should be compensating them fairly!

The short answer… absolutely. The thing is, many people require the accountability that comes with in home personal training. If you’re someone who simply needs the guidance and workout plan/nutrition help in order to reach your goal, then the online training may be the perfect fit for you!

It’s also quite a bit less expensive for those of you hoping to make it a bit more budget friendly!

Just like it’s implied in our name, we are all about the future. The decisions you’ve made in the past both nutritionally and fitness wise, do not matter anymore. We want to help you focus on what you can control TODAY in order to help you reach for a better tomorrow.
